      Pros

      Good team. The relationships you’ll make with fellow technicians may last a lifetime. Some of the most solid and smart technicians I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      Raises are almost guaranteed. But they may be 25 cents a year. Long unpaid drive times to site. Upper management is a joke. What company does quarterly reviews to thank the technicians for how much we’re making ceos. But won’t give us better raises or tooling.
