Thank you for taking time to do a review. I'm happy that you find the culture a fit and that there are training opportunities. I certainly appreciate that you do not have time during the day for training, however, if you need it to perform your tasks or you are being asked to learn something for a project that should be time that is supported by the company. If that is the case, you can work with your manager and HR. For training you are choosing to take, you definitely will need to seek that out. Thank you for taking time to complete a review and for providing your honest feedback. With anonymous feedback, it is hard to assess the situation and determine what is driving the perceived issues. As for our project managers, we have two types, we have managers who are responsible for the project/client (relationships and financials) and people, and we have people care managers who are just responsible for people. With all managers, regardless of the type and if we hired them externally or we promoted them from within the company, they go through a series of trainings. Everyone goes through people care manager training, which is 15 - 20 hours of training on how to manage people. Project managers also go through additional training on how to manage contract financials and work with clients. Of course, with all organizations and positions, you can find out that someone is not the right fit and if so, we do our best to help resolve the issue.
