I wanted to share a little bit about our health insurance as we review it annually and try to optimize benefits in a way that is cost effective for our employees. We have several medical benefit options including a PPO, HSA and a medical opt out credit for those not requiring a Dev Technology healthcare plan. We also offer robust vision and dental plans as well as Flexible Time Off (FTO), educational reimbursements, wellness and home office reimbursements, 401(k) matching and a myriad of other benefits and programs. We are always reviewing and adding benefits based on the needs of our employee population and often invite employees to events and lunch and learns to learn more about our benefits and provide feedback throughout the year. ~Kendall, CEO

You have to get clearance for most projects and can take a while.
