Pros
Thorough training will set you on a good path to work in devlopment/IT. Knowledgeable instructors Pay through training time (not necessarily in any gap time between training and job placement) Job placement help (good way to get in the door and get experience, but don't expect a perfect dream placement and expect to have to adjust and learn once at a company as a contractor too)
Cons
Limited to no control with job placement after training Salary will not change bump up until after you are placed, potential for no income if there is a major gap between training and job placement
