      They help you find a job with a reputable company. Give you opportunities you wouldn't find right out of college. Are very invested in your career and don't treat you like a number. Your contract could be bought out after a year.

      None, avoid this awful company.

      Cons

      Low salary and have to be okay with this for 2 years as per contract. Otherwise you will pay an opt out fee. You get 30 day notice for where to relocate which could be in the middle of nowhere.
