maybe a little far from the train station, but really easy to reach in a bus.

Giving equal opportunity for everyone to join and get experience in big companies based on real knowledge and not titles.

Cons

When working in other company as a contractor you are not getting the same perks as the workers of that company and feel like a second grade worker also you are working same or even more then the other workers in the company.

the management listens to your ideas and overall there's great cooperation from everyone in the company, from all professional levels. There's a great atmosphere, friendly people. I started as a junior without any experience and evolved and learned new skills really fast.
