Helping the clients Building lifelong friendships with other staff Overtime always available (Pro & Con) Paid trainings Good benefits If you can survive working here, you can work anywhere.

Cons

Work-life balance who? They will shamelessly guilt you into working Not paid enough for the safety risks you're subjected to constantly High turnover rate leaves experienced staff without enough support, perpetuating the turnover cycle. Constantly short staffed. Minimal support from management/admin Favoritism blatant for some staff and clients Zero accountability.
