Good amount of vacation time off compared to other companies starting immediately after probationary period.

Cons

expect to work alot and figure out your responsibilities while you are on the job. Training is very general and does not at all prepare you to be a supervisor. When your employees call out, prepare to work. Education is not recognized nor compensated as much as it should be. Years of experience in the field over shadow intelligience, which is completely backward. Things change every week,hard to get used to your job responsibilities. In summary if you have a BA or higher...keep looking, don't settle for Devereux, it is not worth the aggrevation. Horrible pay for the work that is expected.

seeing students smile at their small successes. most of co-workers are good people who want the same outcomes for students.

Cons

principals come and go and all want to assert total power . They don't acknowledge that other workers have good ideas too.
