I worked for Devon energy for more than 10yrs. Great company to work for, great salary and benefits. Management always had time to listen to junior employee concerns, ideas and or issues. They always seem to hire the right individuals when putting the team together.

Cons

After working for Devon for a number of years I really have no cons to say except for the fact that the company was absorbed by a peer company.
