Pros

My direct boss was very good.

Cons

Poor vision and poor execution. Always lake to the game. Paid 2 times too much for acquisitions as evidenced by now having to sell them off. The current and recent past leadership seriously eroded shareholder value. It’s hard to understand why the board hasn’t fired the CEO, CFO, and the rest of the executive team.

Pay, looks like there about to sell the Permian basin. That will be a plus for employees still there. Poorest run company around. No experience and bad decision making from the top down. Best thing they did all year was get rid of there Superintendent.. RG.
