Pros

This is my first job out of college and it has been very good to me, they are invested in helping employees develop their skills (even if it is just to leave the company down the line), and they treat their employees fairly.

Cons

For where I am at in my career, there are no cons.

Pros

Very easy to work remote, coworkers are friendly and accommodating.

Cons

Software can feel old and clunky sometimes, but it is constantly improving at a fast pace which is a big pro.
