Pros
Customer focused culture. We work hard to make sure our customer's needs are met. It's fulfilling working on software that is valuable to our customers. But at times it can be frustrating bending over backwards. People are generally capable and nice to work with. Because of the small size of the company people that can wear many technical hats will do well here. Tech culture is pragmatic but open to adopting new technology. Flexible work from home policy.
Cons
Slow to implement new technology that we've chosen to adopt. If pragmatism offends your sensibilities, it's probably not a great place for you.
