      - Extremely collaborative culture where everyone is willing to help one another -Positive attitudes here are contagious and make it easy to show up to work -Interesting work that leads to improving our members' lives -Leaders are down to earth and talk to you as if you're old friends and they're all accessible -EXCELLENT healthcare benefits

      Cons

      -No 401K match -Utilizes google rather than traditional office tools (Excel, outlook, etc), but they are very similar in the end

      Pros

      Smart, enthusiastic co-workers. Fully Remote option. Best company culture ever. Interview process moved very fast, from first interview to offer in less than two weeks. Throughout the process everyone was open and forthcoming with information. What struck me most was after speaking with 7 current employees their enthusiasm for the company was genuine and infectious. It made me want to job even more. Finally, the company mission of providing quality, compassionate healthcare for senior citizen is a worthy endeavor and very fulfilling.

      Cons

      As good as working remote is, it would be nice to work in person with all of these awesome co-workers!
