      Pros

      Awesome company to work for...easy onboarding process, made sure I was able to be compensated fairly ;-) would recommend to anyone seeking a foot in the door opportunity. I was converted after a few months with Lumentum/JDSU.

      Cons

      I would suggest having some type of benefit perk (ie, holiday pay)

      Pros

      Great company to contract for. I have positive experience with working Dew HR and Recruitment team. They really helped me a lot with Benefits and working with client.

      I have no complaints regarding the company.

      Pros

      Lots of training to advance your career and live projects with lots of start up and established companies. No issue with H1 Green card as lots of direct client. Excellent office team to take care paperwork. No delay in payroll, GC processing etc. Very friendly Management. Specifically President is very humble and available all the time to help personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Management should visit us at client site more frequently and keep in touch.
