      Direct reporting to client, on time salary and can get permanent in 1-2 years from client. Dew has good relations with all clients. Great opportunities in near future.

      You get to work with client directly. And good environment. On-site Opportunity within 2 yrs of joining company. You get to report directly to client side manager.

      Cons

      India ops management team are always clueless. Take months to reply back. They don't have decision power.
