      good company to work for , with lot of opportunities to learn

      Pros

      1) on time salary , no issue with salary ,always on time and given what is promised. 2) support during bench period : give you salary , set up interviews with well known clients 3 ) Company has good records of approved H1b , h1b extension , green card. 4) President 'Suresh Deopura' treats employee as their family member, never make issue with your time -off,etc, I do not know why people have written so bad about him, my personal experience was very good. 5) company always comes up with some training program (mobile tech,salesforce etc )so the employees can add new skills.

      Marketing team needs to improve and do more hard work to market resources aggressively .

      Sorry... I tried my best to think of one.

      Cons

      Hard to communicate with, don't know what they want and doing. Thus, it's a waist of time to you. Lack (or lower than ave.) of manner to us.

      Normally I am available after 6 PM to talk all employees. I am always on skype. Should have sent e-mail and I should have called you back. There are other people in the office, at least someone you could have approached in case could not approach me? Good Suggestion: I will be proactively engage Management to interact with all employees on regular basis.

      There is no positive reason to work. The positive reviews you are posted here on request of the Company. You will get your salary in time after 45 days of work. Yes in 45 days..

      Cons

      1. Insurance is a joke. 2. Green Card process is a trap. 3. No hike in last 4 years. 4. You are on your own.

      All full time employees are paid salary up to date. e.g. Salary from 1st the 15th is being paid on 15th. 16th thru end of the month is being paid on last day of the month. 1.We have Kaiser and Anthem Insurance plans with Multiple options to choose from. 2. Green card, we do not control the date or processing of the Green card. 3. Salary hike is done based on feedback from customer and management upon your annual appraisal. Please talk to me if there is any issue, I will resolve it.
