Great reputation in the industry, smart and savvy people, strong executive leadership, privately owned

Cons

Certain mid-senior mgmt are toxic and unhinged without any internal consequences. They look the other way when someone senior treats subordinates poorly. Would not recommend this environment for women, did not see equal opportunity for women either, saw 30+ women quit in 2 offices in < 1 year.
