Pros

Great people, great resources at Fairfax office especially. Almost every A/E discipline is represented at that office. Great projects, especially with Dewberry's reputation. Great place to learn and management advancement is possible

Cons

Sometimes the many divisions and departments don't work together as smoothly as possible, but it is an area they constatnly try to improve.
