- Flexible scheduling - Interesting projects - Project managers are interested in developing your skill sets - Diverse group of employees with broad experiences to learn from

Cons

- Benefits (401k and health care) are sub-par - No HSA option - Company match is very small (2%) and not vested until 3 years of employment - 401k provider charges ridiculous fees - Pay is nothing to write home about - Fairfax location not easily accessible by public transportation

Good initial experience and exposure. Good exposure to the A&E industry. Lot of young people who do things after work together.

Cons

Low salaries and raises. Low potential for growth. Too many middle managers. Needs to invest more in technological innovations to gain tan edge. Some idea work some don't but you got to try.
