Pros

This company does a great job of recruiting the best. They have innovative ideas for select departments within the company.

Cons

The company is currently management heavy leaving no ladder of growth for individuals starting at the bottom. Each Department within the company is different and should be valuated individually. Be careful, you may be interviewed by a whole department and then placed under one person to do a completely different job.

Good training for the entry level engineers, good people to work with and decent work atmosphere. Work/life balance is good. Technical expertise is available in the form of senior engineers.

Cons

Project managers not interested in employees' career growth. Management very self-centered. Basis for promotions is not clearly defined. Employees have to keep begging for promotions. Incompetent project managers are promoted easily.
