Not worth the trouble

Pros

The work is very interesting

Cons

Too much expectation of overtime, lots micro-managment. Unreasonable expectations and too many managers all telling you to hurry up. It can be a little overly punitive and there really isn't much there to make it worthwhile given that they aren't willing to invest in their employees or reward them in a meaningful way.

Pros

The People Project Diversity Culture

Cons

The benefits are substandard. Salaries can be competitive but you need to push for increases to match the market.

Pros

Not bad benefits, non-management employees are great

Cons

Micromanagers, no bonuses for non-management, expected to use personal cell phone but not compensated, crappy raises, remote work is frowned upon in the Sacramento offices, punished for being sick
