      Pros

      Interesting projects, energetic staff, experienced managers. Friendly coworkers and bosses. Staff encouraged to participate in industry events. Flexible work hours and good pay Ability to work from home. Various office events and meetings to keep us informed on status of company, how office is doing, information is shared with employees.

      Cons

      Benefits are average, not bad - just average for industry Overtime required - but are paid for it and it is known in advance so you can set your own schedule to work.

      IT department is lead by tyrants, not leaders.

      Pros

      Dewberry as a company is not bad. They seem to care about their employees.

      Cons

      PDPs are a joke. Moral in the IT Department is at an all time low and no one cares. It is every man for himself and only a select few are allowed to make any mistakes.
