Too much paperwork, many unnecessary rules. Lazy management that normally overloads the tech.

Good salary. Good tech to tech communication. Route freedom.

Cons

Too many stops, burn out. Great work and passion goes unnoticed. No help from superiors due to seniority. Advanced techs, but still wont make changes.

Weekends off and a good shift 8 to 5.

Cons

They are cheap when it comes to taking care of their employees. Low pay and lack of proper equipment. Management is full of lies and corruption. Supervisor is an alcoholic showing up to work all hung-over. Office personal lack customer service.
