Pros

Working at Dewpoint was a lot of fun because of the people. It was the first time in a long time I looked forward to going to work.

Cons

When working on a contract if there are any changes or if the contract ends you could be laid off.

Company is struggling with rapid growth and starting to lose "small company" feeling. Good news is management is aware and actively mitigating the issue.
