Pros

Love the culture. Can Gain experience across multiple client bases. Excellent co-workers and terrific leadership. Nice benefits. Multiple work parties throughout the year with great swag - these folks know how to have fun. Rarely do consultants work overtime

Cons

Risky if there is downward swing in economy/ client budgets. Not much room for leadership positions. Get the pay increase as you come in the door - after that, low digit increases every 18 months.

Fun place to work the first year with decent pay. Parties and other activities are fun to get started in the company.

Cons

No serious effort to retain employees. No cost of living adjustments, and no raises following promotions; despite promises to give raises when offered more responsibility.
