- The people are very nice - Extremely smart technical staff - Lots of parties and open bar nights - Work from home capable - Responsive to personal issues

- Average age exceeds national averages - Technical folk work hard and leadership plays hard - Lost 50% of revenue in less than three years with little sign of stopping - Horizontal structure allows for minimal promotion and internal growth - All but a few in leadership are coasting - Sales org is focused on anchor accounts w/ little new opportunities - Tries to sell everything, but only sells staff aug - Entry level employees are reporting to VP's causing a gap in communication
