Pros
Since Dexcom is still a fairly young company, there's projects left and right. Dexcom allows for their engineers to have full autonomy. 1:1 meetings are common, and this allows you to really know if you're on track for being successful or provides opportunity to get help and get you back on track.
Cons
Products have a short lifespan, so once you have everything working well, a new device is out and you have to start from scratch.
