1. The environment is very toxic, poor management. 2. Does not think about employee benefits or safety, especially in Bangladesh branch. 3. Very odd timing with no proper transportation facilities which made me thinking to leave the job. 4. They claim, they don't follow Bangladesh calendar for holidays. They only follow international holiday's only. But they don't provide salary like International market. Salary structure is poor according to the work load 5. Very poor work life balance, with no facilities, holidays, does not think about companies safety and benefits.
