      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented and inspiring people during my almost 7 years with Dexian/DISYS. This company has given me the opportunity for upward career development surrounded by leaders who truly care about me as a person . It's really inspiring to be exposed to the creativity and innovation our company is displaying. Not just internally but with our clients as well. Dexian leaders truly lead with empathy and are caring listeners. They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling or pointing fingers about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. Dexian truly is in the business for good!

      Cons

      It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. So I will write this as a needs to know... Dexian is highly matrixed, so to be successful you need great navigation, collaboration and influencing skills.
