They will request you to be onsite (hybrid) in an office for no reason, solely because they bought expensive real estate. That’s your problem. Even when you’ve proven to be more successful from home. Will call and request you turn your video on to make sure you’re in the office. Nobody from your team will be there, just some randoms not associated with your work. But you still must sit and rot there. No work life balance. Will call you if you appear offline, so use your mobile app to look active ALL the time, or get a mouse jiggler!
