      Nothing is above the mental piece, so no pros. They ask new employees to give 5 star on glassdoor Go check out the most recent 5 star review: employees are coerced or pressured into providing positive feedback.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism Use of Abusive language inside office, I am the boss kind of Attitude. They use your personal life problems as advantage. People have a fear of leaving the company because they openly say they would not allow the background to clear. If you do not have a pleasing nature, you will not be welcomed, then you will face biasness. If you think you want to grow, then make sure that you have to be a puppy for your manager, not just in the office but outside the office too. If you want to get promoted there, then you don't have to perform well; you only need to please your manager every day. Those who perform well and are in their own zone, are still sitting on recruiter titles. They can make your life hell; you will lose confidence, but I would suggest go out and explore; there are a lot of opportunities.
