      Monarchy Poor Management No Job Security No sympathy/ empathy for employee If you can't flatter your Manager you are in wrong company Measures everything with Money No work life balance No culture Favorites get promoted three times a year and deserving needs to prove them. Every one is Manager and Director with 2-3 Recruiters under them Manager/ Directors saving their jobs and putting their failures on Recruiters
