      When both companies merged it became a horrible place to work.

      Good friends and nice people

      Cons

      Horrible business structure. They keep changing metrics around and expect you to adapt to the changes. If not they will fire you. Basically forcing young college kids to go straight into sales if you do excel as a recruiter. They don’t offer a choice.

      Cons

      treated differently from staff weird management 1 month notice of end of contract, contract ended over 1 year early this was supposed to be a 2 year contract duties not laid out correctly before job offer
