Pros

The culture is a breath of fresh air—totally positive and supportive without the typical corporate fluff. It’s a very open, collaborative environment where you can build genuine, unscripted relationships with your clients rather than dealing with rigid, clinical processes.

Cons

We deal with massive global accounts and pretty complex tech solutions, so aligning different internal teams across regions can feel like a lot of moving parts. You have to be super agile and on top of your communication game to keep everything on track.

Pros

The energy here is incredibly positive. Unlike some clinical, rigid corporate environments, the culture feels transparent and authentic. Teams actually celebrate each other’s wins, and leadership feels accessible rather than removed.

Cons

The staffing and IT consulting world moves incredibly quickly, and navigating shifting priorities across different global and regional markets can be stressful if you aren't adaptable

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Dexian. I loved what I did and appreciated how much room I had to be creative. I had a manager and team who supported me, trusted me, and made me feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and trying new things. I also appreciated being trusted to take ownership of my work. That made the experience feel more personal and gave me a lot to be proud of. I’m grateful for the people, the support, and everything I got to learn along the way.

Cons

While I appreciated having a hybrid schedule, I do wish there was a little more flexibility in choosing which days worked best. Each week is different, so giving people more ownership over their in-office days could go a long way. That said, Dexian did move into a beautiful new office, which made the in-person days more enjoyable.
