      Great Company to be a part of

      Pros

      This is a company I can really see and hear that they are wanting to do Good. They treat their employees very well and from what i can tell the consultants too. If everyone hits their goals for around the Holiday's, then the whole company gets a few more days off which is amazing! I have not seen or experienced this at any other company i have been at. The health insurance is very good, which i greatly appreciate.

      Cons

      I personally don't really know of any cons. For me I really like everything i do and my boss is wonderful. I suppose if i need to say something, I do wish i could work from home maybe 1 day a week, my specific job is to be in office all week which i don't mind.
