      Pros

      I recommend Dexian (Previously Signature, in Charlotte) the most to others as both working as a consultant or looking to hire one. They have excellent benefits and dedication to their consultants that far surpass other agencies. When hiring, they provide top notch talent as candidates and create long lasting relationships to keep aware of trends and skills that may be needed quickly as work changes.

      Great work life balance for high achievers, awesome commission structure, remote flexibility

      Cons

      definitely a grind but that's the industry we're in. sometimes too focused on being transactional instead of the original relationship model
