      Pros

      Amazing team and company culture. Mentors genuinely want you to succeed, work life balance is better compared to other staffing companies. Opportunity to make a lot of money at a young age. plenty of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Still a grind, can be mentally exhausting at times. Lots of rejection out of your control. You have to be comfortable with cold calling. You have weekly targets you must hit.

      Financial companies are their clients, good opportunity to start your career. Helped through out my employment with the client company.

      Cons

      You can not exceed your pay after a certain amount.
