The compensation and benefit plans are good.

Cons

Clear communication is lacking. Leadership is very smart, but they appear to be under the gun all of the time and forced to make quick decisions that may not be the best in the long run. This results in changing up directions for those that are not part of the leadership team and causes mass confusion, frustration and stress.
