Honest work, warehouse and safety were main areas of my responsibility.

Cons

First time manager had no idea how to lead and inspire workers. Facility was short 5 employees when I was hired on. Managed to get all spots filled prior to managers micro-managing got to be troublesome. None of the 5 new employees are still there, were fired or quit due to managers lack of leadership and teaching capability.
