      Pros

      Great people, good compensation. They don't just drop you off with the client, they are active with the client. In my last contract, Dexter Systems systems also handled the on-boarding process. Often, they would call or visit you at the job site

      Cons

      Each role/project varies greatly. One project can be great and the other can be terrible.

      Pros

      Dexter Systems helped me jump start my career in developing. I hired as an Intern and then got full time position I took their two week training in Java and they found me a project within a week. One benefit of being Dexter Systems employee is that you get access to all the training programs (which are world class) for free.

      Can't think of bad things.
