      I get to utilize my skills on a daily basis for the betterment of the company. Management is very helpful with guiding and advising and they truly understand the need for a good work-life balance.

      None as of yet and I don't see that changing!

      Pros

      I have been working at Dexter Systems (Virginia) full-time for more than a year They only work with Direct Clients and they get you project really fast. CEO is really focused on the growth of employees. Also real-time training. And will get you long term projects.
