Pros
N/A, really not a good place. They don't have the best technology as far as I can tell (more than 3 years there). What they can do other companies can also do. If your better choices could be Nimble, Boston Dynamics etc.
Cons
1. Indian governed company, if you don't mind working with tons of Indians. 2. Toxic culture. They force you to work overtime but no compensation at all. 3. Minimum stok options. CEO Samir is very stingy and unwilling to give you options. Yet when they finish a project or win a contract, they give themselves 100x times more options than yours. 4. The CEO has already sold his options back to Dexterity while other employees are not allowed to do so. 5. Very cold-blooded HR department. If you're not a green card holder or U.S. citizen, don't waste time here, it takes they forever to even just get you an I-140. 6. Minimum salary. They low-ball everybody. 7. Ask them who Samuel Eggers is. They had this guy committed suicide.
