Well, at least the pay is regular.

Cons

We've had constant issues with either a complete lack of basic materials, or the wrong materials for the job. A rotating door of variably competent managers, currently working with an "acting manager" who is an absolute joke and an insult to the term "leader". Little to no communication. Practically no hiring.
