Pros

You can have a stable salary payment every two weeks currently being paid on a Friday. It’s a decent stepping stone.

Cons

You can get lucky or unfortunate with the place you’ve applied to. Personally, our work hours always change and it’s annoying to see it change every 2 weeks.
