Dextro Software Systems is a Great Place to work. The Company is very transparent and well run by owner and management. The company is highly process oriented and take proper care of its employees. Positive work environment. Good Project Security as they have various Client's/projects they can place. They have good track record of H1b Filing & Green Card. Marketing Team is very Good and supportive.

Good marketing team - you always have clients phone calls; Good management staff - they treat you like a family member; Great clients - they have lots of 500 fortune company clients; Pay is good;

Everything is good here. Work culture and they take care good care of employees. Very good management. If anyone seriously looking for career I would say this is the best company to start with.
