As a new employee, the first 30 days of employment at DSD are a trial period where new employees are expected to come in and learn the in’s and outs of the company and the construction design industry. New employees are given tasks in the beginning to test their skills in the office and are rated accordingly. Unfortunately sometimes this does not work out in the best interest of the employee and to DSD if they do not perform based on the trail work. Knowing the trial period, which is explained to all new employees and can be found in the company handbook, the “new employee” should have sought clarification after the first week what their exact role and expectations should be. It's unfortunate and your review has been appreciated and noted.
