Pros

A good group of people, enjoyable to work with. They provide an opportunity to work on numerous different projects. Some of the fun activities (e.g. company vacations) are a great bonus.

Cons

I wish they would be a little bit quicker to hire their contractors. I do think that after you have confirmed that somebody is competent, some stability helps you to focus on your work. Also, because I/ITSEC provides so much of their business, never count on having a peaceful Thanksgiving when you work there.
