Pros

Pay was competitive; Not much work beyond the job description; Usually didn’t have to work OT

Cons

Middle management is atrocious Never felt less valued as an employee than my time there “Boys club” at the top of the org Owned by private equity who is only trying to inflate bottom line Revolving door of staff, multiple people leave and are hired monthly (only around 75 employees)

Small company with many growing pains.

Pros

The people are the best I have ever worked with. There is so much talent there it is incredible.

Cons

They are know for staffing up and the when money runs low they lay off the majority of the company. This has happen several times. There is no room for professional growth. Management is stuck in the 80’s on how to run a company. There is very little work/life balance. Their polices are old school. There is so much potential for this company to grow but they are stuck in that small business mentality that is hindering them.

Pros

Free company cruise for team building and you get to see pretty flowers but and ocean and livestock and jelly beans and beers and a puppy that licked my face

Cons

NDA you are made to sign is a bit if a drag because they don't allow you to work once you leave for 2 years with any competitors which is bullying imo
