Pros

Dialogic has a lot of new products that fit in the world of Real Time Communications. They have historically been the leading manufacturer of board based voice products utilized in IVR, Voicemail, Conferencing, Dialing, and other applications. They have taken all of that rich history and created software only versions of that technology. Dialogic continues to enhance it's products with cutting edge technology and plays in the Service Provider and Enterprise space.

Cons

Dialogic has a somewhat inflated view of the premium to associate with such products and has a tendency to price it's products higher than what the market sees their value as. There has been some tumultuous times with some acquisitions that incurred more debt than the revenue they brought in justified.
