Great technology access. Benefits and pay are good.

Cons

Too many products that do the same thing. Need to consolidate portfolio. Too heavy at the top of the org chart.

Pros

Good decision making Autonomy within groups "Overhead" work has been minimized The make up of the leadership is being constantly tweaked and improved Up and down communication is pretty good.

Cons

Communication between groups could still be improved, though there is some positive movement in this area. Salary and benefits are a bit light, influenced by the current economy, but not nearly what I would consider poor.
